The answers for the urgent issues, which is confirmed by telephone talking:
1) Basically, all students care for the full length homestaying, not a hotel.
I know it is difficult for you to arrange, but it is worth to try for Korean students to feel & learn Canadian culture.
We will go for the homestaying at first, and if is not 100% possible, we have no choice to find the other way, like hotel etc.
Also, I am willing to talk about any compensation for their homstaying expenses.
2) About a simple excursion during weekend, you had better prepare a large group, since the students have no planning at all. I will talk about any excess expenses in Nanaimo, if necessary.
3) Mrs. Lee and Bubwon will attend the Canadian classses as you proposed, including lunch with teachers, also Bubwon is willing to have a short talk on Buddhism.
4) The age of Jijangam children's school is also 5 to 9 years olds, so the exchange of drawings should be no problem.
